Not sure what type of issue or problem Kate encountered with this food but my experience has been positive. I have a 7 year old 125 lb German Shepherd who loves this food and is in peak physical condition. He has plenty of energy and his coat is wonderful very soft and shinny; I always hear how beautiful he is from other people. I have always (from a 8 week old pup) feed him Canidae ALS. There are probably better higher dollar foods available, but for the price and availability this is by far better than any dry food you will find at Petsmart, a super market or heaven forbid Wal-Mart. Highly recommend!

Canidae All Life Stage dog food is very, very bad. Even though the ingredients listed on the bag sound wonderful, the food is killing our pets. I am still nursing my dog back to health. Research extensively before feeding your pet any commercial dog food. If you research enough, you will find comments where people had problems with a particular food.

        Kate,
You have told us nothing about how this food is “killing our pets” and what happened to your pet?
