DOGSWELL CUSTOMER RATINGS

Customer reviews of Dogswell brand dog food formulas are very positive. Dog owners seem to really like the fact that Dogswell formulas are free of corn, wheat, soy and flour. The fact that there is no Ethoxyquin contained in any of their formulas was another positive factor for many consumers. The few negative reviews were mostly of people who had never tried Dogswell food, and cited only the suspicion that some of the ingredients were made in china. There seem to be no reports of dogs having indigestion or other health problems as a result of eating Dogswell brand dog food formulas.

I truly believe that this is the best dog food ever. My dog (when he was 12 weeks old) started limping, i took him to varies of vets and of all them told me that he needs surgery on the shoulder, until one of the Orthopedic introduce me to Happy Hips, and as soon my dog started to eat this food, treats and also vitamins, he stops limping. Now he is a normal dog, that runs, swim, and even jump like any other dog. By the way my dog is a 101 lbs Rottweiler. And right now he is 5 yrs old.I would reccomend this food to anybody.

I was feeding my dogs chicken/banana treats till it almost killed my 100 LB hound dog. I assumed because their dog food is made in USA that everything was. My vet did every test and it was concluded that it was something digested. I started reading everything and saw the made in china on my treat bag. Then I went to FDA website and they haven’t done a recall but hundreds of animals sick because of chicken from CHINA. They said don’t feed any chicken from CHINA. Called company and they give you the blaa-blaa answer that our China treats are safe. They eat dog in china why would we want them making our dog food? They put lead paint in our childrens toys and they also have killed our infants with their formula.
It’s all about the dollar not the safety of our furry buddies!! Don’t buy!!!

I have been feeding my dog the dry formula for the past year, along with another 50 lb dog (mine being a shepherd mix) and a small chihuahua. They are all active, with no skin or coat problems. Their stool has been solid, with no discoloration. I use the canned (1/3) with a 1/4 cup of dry formula (both dogswell) for my dog, and his stool is also normal.

The dogs all enjoy the dry mix, and the recognizable, healthy ingredients, along with the decent price are definite positives.

    I would recommend.

      • Darlene says:

Jeri, I also have Dachsunds and one has food issues. I actually started feeding him Dogswell about a year ago and he did well. He threw up all of the time before. However, he is now throwing up on occasion aand I will give your suggestion a try thank you Cincinnati, Ohio.

  6. Natalie says:

My dog has food allergies, and is somewhat picky about what she eats. Prior to finding Dogswell, I fed her Avoderm, and often had to mix it with broth so she would eat it. I’ve never had that problem with Dogswell. I’m also thrilled with the ingredient list… it’s pretty much what I’ve always looked for in a dog food.

I like your prodcut but I don’t like the fact that it is made in China. They EAT dog. Why can’t you make it in the USA?
