PMI DOG FOOD REVIEW
PMI brand dog food formulas are generally not viewed as high quality formulas. Among the ingredients listed in all of their formulas, there are a few that are quite common. This includes ground yellow corn, ground wheat, chicken by-product, animal digest, corn gluten meal, BHA, salt and soy ingredients. Though not all of the formulas contain all of these ingredients, at least one undesirable ingredient is listed in each formula.

PMI CUSTOMER RATINGS
Customer reviews of PMI brand dog food formulas are mixed. While PMI’s other product (Exclusive Dog Food) is subject to many positive ratings, many people do not like the ingredients that are contained in PMI brand dog food formulas. The fact that BHA is contained in some formulas was enough to make many dog owners wary of this product. Also, the inclusion of corn and wheat high among the ingredients list was another negative factor. The inclusion of “animal digest” is also seen as an undesirable aspect of PMI dog food formulas.

My three Giant breed dogs, that I show and breed are on PMI Exclusive and so is a Standard Poodle I own, all have done excellently on this food. The compliments I get on coat condition by other dog show people is amazing.
It also maintains weight very well. Had no issues with stool, other than when my Standard Poodle went on it initally as an undernourished puppy..but that was mainly because I switched her off jun
junkky food too fast.
No complaints here
I switched to PMI for our rescue dogs. Since using the product..not one of our 30+ rescue dogs has decent bowel movements..all have unformed and soupy BM’s. We did better using cheaper dog food from the local grain store.
