SPOTS STEW DOG FOOD
Spot’s Stew brand dog food formulas are produced by Halo. Halo was first founded in 1986, by a woman named Andi Brown. Andi had a cat named Spot, who was plagued by digestive problems and other health issues. She began reading the ingredients of “ultra premium” dog food formulas, and was shocked by what she found. Andi decided to make a company dedicated to keeping harmful or “filler” ingredients (such as corn, wheat, rice, by products, BHA, BHT and ethoxyquin) out of pet food. Andi Brown is currently the author of a book, called “The Whole Pet Diet: Eight Weeks to Great Health for Dogs and Cats”. Spot’s Stew has been advocated by Ellen Degeneres, who has a letter to pet owners posted on the company’s website. Ellen Degeneres is currently part owner of the Halo company.
SPOTS STEW DOG FOOD REVIEW

Spot’s Stew never contains wheat gluten, wheat flour, corn, animal meals, plant meals, rendered meat, artificial colors, artificial flavors or chemical preservatives. The price of Spot’s Stew formulas are fairly expensive, even compared to some other ultra premium dog food formulas. Both the chicken and the salmon dry dog food formulas cost $11.99 for a 4 lb bag, $27.49 for a 10 lb bag, and $69.95 for a 30 lb bag. SPOTS STEW CUSTOMER RATINGS
Customer ratings about Spot’s Stew brand dog food formulas are almost exclusively positive. The ingredients contained in the formulas are highly rated by many dog owners. Some dog owners report that they switched to Spot’s Stew after seeing what a difference it made with their friends’ dogs. The one main downfall of Spot’s Stew is that it is fairly expensive as compared to other dog food formulas. For most dog owners, however, this is a sacrifice that seems to have good results.

My 10 year old Black Lab loves all of the Spots Stew Flavors. She is particularly found of the lamb but as it is significantly more expensive, I chose to put her on the salmon food. I too had her on another premium dog food. In just 3 weeks, her coat has gone from dull and coarse to shiny and soft. She has lost weight and has a new found energy. Overall her health has seemed to improve. Thank you for providing us an amazing product to choose from. In case most people are not aware, even most of the premium dog foods on the market have bi-products included as well as many of the chemicals listed which are excluded in Spots Stew.
Our dogs LOVE Spot’s Stew. We switched from another top-quality brand which contained brown rice, and eating the same amount our older sheltie lost weight – he was a couple of pounds overweight and it was good for him! He is in better condition and and both shelties are quite healthy with a lot of energy. Would recommend (and have lots of times)to all dog owners.
